APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & "NO-SHOWS"
1.) TWIST REQUIRES A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR ANY CHANGES TO AN APPOINTMENT!
ANY Cancellations Made LESS THAN 24 HOURS (Before an Appointment) are Subject to a 50% CANCELLATION FEE
TARDINESS TWIST is unable to Accommodate Color Appointments if a Client is 15 Minutes Late or More TWIST is Unable to Accommodate Haircut & Styling Appointments if a Client is 10 Minutes Late or More Please Note: If a Client is Later Than These Designated "Courtesies", an Appointment May be Forfeited and the Cancellation Fee Will be Applied
REDO POLICIES & REFUNDS A Significant Amount of Time, Product & Materials are Needed for any Client's Custom Service. Therefore, TWIST is Unable to Offer Any Refunds. However, we are more than happy to adjust technical errors. Examples of errors; bleed marks, toner spots or uneven cut.
If You Feel There was a Technical Error with a Service, Please Contact TWIST WITHIN 72 HOURS of Your Appointment and TWIST will Happily Schedule You to For an Adjustment.
Any Adjustment Requests Made After 72 hours, will NOT be accommodated. Additionally, ALL Adjustments MUST be scheduled Within SEVEN (7) Business Days After Your Appointment AND ALL Clients MUST be Scheduled with Their Original Stylist!
